At Todd Mission Lawn Care, we take pride in providing reliable, high-quality lawn care services for our customers. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to ensure every job is completed with care and professionalism.
Service Guarantee

If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service appointment.

We will gladly return to address the issue at no additional cost.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

Prepaid Services Not Rendered – If you paid in advance for a service that was not provided, you are entitled to a full refund for that service.

Service Cancellation – If you cancel a prepaid service at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a full refund.

Service Concerns – If our team is unable to reasonably correct a service issue after a re-visit, a partial or full refund may be offered at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items

Services already performed to completion (except where quality concerns are raised within the 24-hour guarantee window).

Our Booking Policy.
This Booking Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions under which [Todd Mission Lawn Care] (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides lawncare and related services (“Services”) to clients (“Customer” or “you”). By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scheduling of Services
1.1. Bookings may be made via email.
1.2. Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed in writing (email).
1.3. The Company recommends scheduling at least two (2) weeks in advance to secure preferred dates and times.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
2.1. Customers must provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
2.2. Cancellations made with less than twenty-four (24) hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the service fee.
2.3. If the Company cannot access the property due to locked gates, unsecured pets, or other obstructions, the visit will be treated as a missed appointment, and a call-out fee of [$10] will apply.
2.4. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, the Company reserves the right to postpone and reschedule services without penalty to the Customer.
3. Access to Property
3.1. The Customer must ensure that the property is accessible on the day of service.
3.2. Pets must be secured, and all obstructions (such as vehicles, equipment, or debris) removed from the work area prior to the scheduled appointment.
4. Payment Terms
4.1. Payment is due upon completion of each service unless prior written arrangements have been made.
4.2. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or electronic payment.
4.3. Late payments may be subject to a late fee of [$5] for up to a week late or [$20] for over a week as well as interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.
4.4. The Company reserves the right to suspend future services until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
5. Recurring Services
5.1. Customers may enroll in bi-weekly, or monthly service schedules.
5.2. Customers receiving recurring services will be given priority scheduling in peak seasons.
5.3. Recurring services may be paused or terminated with fourteen (14) days’ written notice.
6. Service Limitations
6.1. Lawncare services are subject to seasonal conditions and may be delayed or modified depending on weather, soil conditions, or safety concerns.
6.2. The Company will not be responsible for damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other unmarked obstacles on the property.
7. Satisfaction Guarantee
7.1. If the Customer is not satisfied with a service, the Customer must notify the Company within twenty-four (24) hours of completion.
7.2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge.
8. Amendments
8.1. The Company reserves the right to update or amend this Policy at any time.
8.2. The most current version will be made available on the Company’s website or upon request.
